Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Have all original tags and packaging intact.
- Not be marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
How to Initiate a Return

- Wait for Approval: Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.
International Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, customs duties, and any applicable taxes for international returns.
